New innovation center is planned for Midtown

A group of Cleveland nonprofits led by the Cleveland Foundation and MidTown Cleveland Inc. have put together a proposal, and a request for state capital money, for a 100,000-square-foot, $40 million “Center for Innovation” to be built next to the planned Cleveland Foundation headquarters along Euclid Avenue at East 66th Street.

It would be the first building in what is being called the “MidTown Cleveland Innovation Community.”
