In 2010, Matt Scantland had big hopes for the 2-year-old startup he was nurturing inside his Columbus custom software business.
“It was really looking like CoverMyMeds was working,” he said.
But he wasn’t thinking about becoming a billion-dollar company. What Scantland really wanted was to break free of client work, sell a product and ultimately build a great place to work.
