This North Dayton manufacturer is 3D printing face shields for hospitals


A Dayton-based splicing manufacturer is using its 3D printing capabilities to keep the region’s largest hospital network stocked with critical equipment.

The project marks another Miami Valley firm responding to the pandemic.

BarSplice Products Inc., a family-owned provider of mechanical splicing solutions for the reinforced concrete industry, has begun manufacturing and donating face shields for Premier Health.
