Although an Airbnb for yourself might be out of the question at the moment, a Columbus vacation for your stuff will be an option starting this month.
NXTSTOR, an app that matches users with rentable storage spaces created by recent Ohio State graduate Brandon Gotlieb, is set to launch June 19 in Columbus and Denver.
Gotlieb, a 22-year-old from Pepper Pike in northeastern Ohio with a degree in finance, said he got the idea during his freshman year at Ohio State. When friends who were international students asked him if he could take their belongings for the summer, Gotlieb started thinking about the available space in the off-campus area.
