BATH, Ohio — Lantern tours of Hale Farm & Village will return in December, offering views of Christmas traditions and historic homes decorated for the holiday season.
The outdoor walking tours give a look back on what life was like in the village centuries ago, according to a press release.
“Hale Farm & Village’s Holiday Lantern Tours are a seasonal tradition; they evoke the sentiments of days past, and this year will explore the regional customs of immigrants to the Western Reserve during the nineteenth century,” said Catherine Sterle, the acting director of Hale Farm & Village, in a press release. “In 2020 we are taking extra precautions to make this a safe holiday event by limiting group sizes and delivering programming outdoors where there is plenty of room to maintain proper distance.”
