Dublin-based Matrix Meats is putting its nano-fiber know-how to use in the growing realm of cultivated meat or meat produced in lab from animal cells. It’s a growing field that aims to improve food supply and reduce the slaughtering of animals.
“It’s not every day that you get to get involved in something that has an impact literally on the entire world,” CEO Eric Jenkusky said.
