The changing face of the Northeast Ohio tech entrepreneur
Marina Jackman knows a thing or two about connecting across cultures — after all, she arrived in Cleveland in 2017 by way of Spain, France and her native Argentina. Along the way, she learned how to speak English, and now she has launched a new app, Time2Talk, to help others do the same.
“Our goal is to make language practice more accessible,” explains Jackman of Time2Talk. “We saw an opportunity to innovate in the online language learning space because, as soon as we arrived in Cleveland, we realized there was no simple and convenient way of continuing to learn through immersive platforms and applying that knowledge to real-life conversations.”
