Five Major Hospital & University CEOs Discuss New Cleveland Innovation District
The five major hospitals and educational institutions in Northeast Ohio have embarked on a major collaboration, aiming to bring jobs, talent, and research to our region. The partnership for what’s been called the Cleveland Innovation District includes the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, MetroHealth, Case Western Reserve University, and Cleveland State University.
It’s funded in part by the state of Ohio, which is contributing $155 million, and Jobs Ohio, which is giving $110 million more.
