Cincinnati-based P&G Ventures, Procter & Gamble’s internal early-stage startup studio, hopes to give Black entrepreneurs a boost with its latest pitch competition.
This month, P&G Ventures is partnering with California-based Revitalize Venture Studio on Pitch BLCK, a virtual pitch competition hosted on the emerging social media platform Clubhouse that only uses audio, rather than showing users’ images. The goal, according to a release, is to remove any visual biases for both participants and judges.
The virtual event will take place 6-7 p.m. May 19.
