A startup with a focus on managing the health of patients with multiple chronic conditions has secured a round of funding meant to broaden the development and availability of its platform.
Redi.Health announced the funding Wednesday that was led by Cleveland-based Mutual Capital Partners. Other partners include M25, Rev1 Ventures and Plug and Play. Redi.Health did not disclose the amount of funding.
