TQL partners on program to create more IT talent in Cincinnati

Greater Cincinnati’s largest private company has launched a new apprenticeship-type program to bolster its roster of IT employees — upskilling those previously working in finance and logistics type roles.

Total Quality Logistics, the nation’s second-largest freight brokerage and third-party logistics firm based in Clermont County’s Union Township, is partnering with Apprenti Cincinnati, a program offered by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, to implement an IT apprenticeship upskilling program.
