Cleveland Chain Reaction winners offer a taste of what’s to come
Warning: You might get a little hungry and/or thirsty reading the list of some of the winners of the Cleveland Chain Reaction economic development program.
Winners in season four of the program, which is designed to create jobs, investment and prosperity in Cleveland neighborhoods while providing education and information for entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners, were announced Thursday morning, Oct. 14, at Tower City Center.
The grand prize winner of a $40,000 grant is Cathy’s Gourmet Ice Cream Sandwiches, a shop that specializes in pairing freshly baked cookies with unique ice cream flavors. Cathy’s has two locations: one on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland and another in Atlanta.
