A host of manufacturing, economic development and industry insiders got a look Tuesday, Oct. 19, at the new EY-Nottingham Spirk Innovation Hub at the facility’s ribbon cutting.
The hub is the culmination of a multi-year collaboration between the design, engineering, and product development firm Nottingham Spirk and Ernst & Young’s global business, digital and commercialization capabilities.
“There have been a lot of twists, there been a lot of turns and we had a global pandemic, but we pushed through,” said Jerry Gootee, EY Global Advanced Manufacturing Sector leader, before the ribbon cutting at the $4 million renovation and buildout at Nottingham Spirk’s Cleveland offices.
