New Year, New Job? These Ohio Tech Companies are Hiring Now!


As we begin 2022, it’s an exciting time to be in the Ohio tech and startup scene. New companies are exiting all the time, experienced founders are launching new businesses and the big Ohio names you’ve heard before are growing all the time.

And for those looking for work or to advance their careers, it’s an especially great time to be in Ohio. You don’t have to wait for the thousands of jobs being created by the Intel semiconductor factory to find your big move, just check out any number of current opportunities at startups around the state.

For those “new year new job” hunters, we gathered a few listings from some of our friends around the state:


Rev1 Ventures (Columbus)

Looking to help others in their startup journey? Columbus experts Rev1 might be a great fit. The investor startup studio helps startups scale and innovate, and is hiring a new crop of talent to help launch the next big unicorn.


Fabrisonic (Columbus)

Fabrisonic, an early stage company experiencing explosive growth fueled by the Internet of Things, is searching for a leader.

They specialize in metal 3D-printing using patented solid-state printers and both production printing services and printing equipment to industrial and government customers. The company is looking for a Business Development Manager, and searching for an “insightful extrovert who will be responsible for unlocking the potential of our patented 3D printing process and turning it into commercially successful products.” The role requires “creating solutions on the fly that connect our unique manufacturing capabilities to customer needs” and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience.


RVshare (Cleveland)

Cleveland’s RVshare has been one of the fastest growing startups around, thanks in large part to their massive growth during the pandemic. The company is looking to fill more than 10 roles this year, including:


OnStation (Cleveland)

OnStation is a productivity app for roadway workers that enables location-based documentation and communication across the entire project. The company is expanding and “looking for people that want to be part of a growing tech startup in Cleveland.” The company is developing OnStation Everywhere, an app that includes offline functionality, creation of customized projects and new user management functions. AmpliFund (Cleveland)

AmpliFund has developed a purpose-built grant management software designed for state, local, and tribal governments to maximize grant outcomes, meet performance standards, and increase compliance so they can achieve their missions. With the significant influx of grant funding over the last few months to bolster the nation’s recovery, AmpliFund is in high demand and recruiting heavily to meet the demands of growth. Columbus startup Gifthealth is one of the many companies experiencing rapid growth who have an urgent need to staff up. They’re asking anyone actively looking for a new role to check out their postings. In just over a year since its founding, the company has already shown its potential, raising $5.8 million within the first few months and another $1 million in the last month. The company describes itself as “a team of technologists, data scientists, patient advocates and path-to-purchase experts joined by a passion for doing whatever it takes to help the doctors,

Hellebore is a software company primarily serving the Department of Defense that has been growing at a rapid rate, doubling in size in the past year.
