FlexEnergy, Ohio startup, gets commercial rights to Air Force’s flexible Li-ion battery tech
COLUMBUS, Ohio–– FlexEnergy LLC has successfully negotiated a pair of patent license agreements with the U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory, according to a press release posted on Tuesday.
The deal, finalized in late January, allows the startup company to commercialize a flexible battery technology developed by Air Force scientists from the lab’s Materials and Manufacturing Directorate.
