UD, Entrepreneurs Center celebrate as nearly all office space is full, third-floor build-out coming next
Friday was a milestone day for two of the biggest tenants at the renewed Dayton Arcade, the first anniversary of the University of Dayton and the Entrepreneurs Center taking anchor tenant occupancy there.
A year ago, about 14 member companies were part of the Hub Powered by PNC at the Arcade. Today, that number is closer to 100 companies, said Vince Lewis, University of Dayton associate vice president for entrepreneurial initiatives and president of the Hub.
This semester, 32 classes with more than 300 UD students are in the Hub, five days a week, Lewis noted.
