Goodyear invests in wireless communications startup Nova Labs

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has taken a stake in decentralized wireless communications company Nova Labs.

The company didn’t disclose the amount of its investment in Nova Labs, which changed its name from Helium Inc.

Goodyear (Nasdaq: GT) said it participated in Nova Lab’s series D financing round, which Axios reported raised $200 million at a $1.2 billion valuation.
