Meridian Bioscience acquires New Jersey-based Euprotein

One of Greater Cincinnati’s largest public companies has acquired a New Jersey counterpart.

Meridian Bioscience Inc. (Nasqaq: VIVO), announced Monday it has acquired, through its subsidiary Meridian Life Science Inc., Euprotein Inc., a medical research company based in North Brunswick. Terms of the transaction, which closed April 30, were not disclosed.
