Aeroseal kicks off $4.5M expansion and renovation project at its Miamisburg headquarters

 

A fast-growing clean technology company has a busy summer ahead, starting with the groundbreaking of a multimillion-dollar expansion project that will extend its local footprint by 50%.

Aeroseal, a Miamisburg-based provider of duct and air sealing technology, hosted an informal groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday at its headquarters on Byers Road. The firm’s 25,000-square-foot expansion is part of $4.5 million in improvements planned for its local HQ in the coming months. The project also includes roof replacement, parking lot resurfacing and new HVAC equipment installation.
