JumpStart Ventures hires managing director from Rev1 Ventures

JumpStart Ventures, the venture capital division of Cleveland nonprofit JumpStart Inc., has hired a former managing director from its Columbus, Ohio-based counterpart, Rev1 Ventures, as an investing partner.

Bethany George is the first hire for JumpStart Ventures, which reorganized in March to lead Northeast Ohio’s efforts to attract and raise more venture capital dollars.
