Fast-growing logistics startup moving to Astor Park, adding nearly 1,000 jobs

Central Ohio’s fastest-growing company plans to build the first corporate headquarters in Astor Park, the mixed-use development starting to rise around Lower.com Field.

BBI Logistics LLC plans to add 953 jobs and invest $56.5 million in the project, according to an incentive proposal before Columbus City Council. The trucking brokerage also is keeping its office at Columbus Commons downtown, where it’s grown to 150 employees in five years, and a 30-person Florida office.
