Fast-growing executive recruiter expands to Cincinnati with high-paying jobs

A fast-growing executive recruiting agency is expanding to Cincinnati with plans to fill dozens of high-paying jobs.

Burtch Works, a division of REV4 LLC, plans to create 43 jobs with $4.7 million in payroll in Cincinnati by the end of 2024. This will be the company’s second office outside its headquarters in Evanston, Ill.
