Fremont robotics company plans $2 million expansion

A Motion Controls Robotics unit assits in palletizing items for transit.

A Fremont robotics company is planning a $2 million expansion with the help of state tax credits.

Motion Controls Robotics said in an announcement that the expansion of 25,500 square feet will be used for developing automation technologies, and means it will add at least 18 jobs. The Ohio Tax Credit Authority approved a Job Creation Tax Credit for the project, which is expected to break ground in 2023.
