A new company, Hartzell Aviation, has formed from three storied brands, including a Dayton-area one.

Hartzell Propeller, one of Dayton’s largest manufacturers, has merged with Hartzell Aerospace Welding and Hartzell Engine Tech to form the new aviation company.
